Children are being jerked in multiple directions and are encountering tough decisions every day. Without a solid Biblical foundation, it maybe be difficult for a child to understand right from wrong and cause them to make terrible and avoidable mistakes. Many of the morals that society has set in place is all relative and changes with the time. The Bible teaches set principles to stand on, no matter the time or the season. This is what makes up core values to live by and produces integrity, reliability, and good decision making. It is never too late. Now is a good time to begin to teach your child basic Biblical principles that are found in the word of God. The book of Proverbs, also known as the book of wisdom, is a great place to start. Grab a Bible version that is easy to read if you find the language difficult to understand. As you dive into the word of God, your family will eventually become stronger and well balanced when applied each day.
